With my expericence in running and other physical activities I've just learned to cope with the "bounce" effect. Using the Janestrap is like achieving Chi. Running as whole and not having different parts moving in different directions, a feeling of peace while my body moves as one entity. It also gives me the confidence to stand tall and concentrate on posture as I'm running. When I'm wearing the Janestrap, I picture myself as a Baywatch girl running along the beach...and NOTHING is moving!

I would just like to say the Janestrap rocks. After a comment I received working out one day from an older gentleman it made me go on a search for something that would keep the girl's not from getting comments like I already received. It works amazing and I don't have to worry now if people and looking and thinking.
